Incorrect Address

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed and shipped.
Returned Packages & Re-Delivery
If a package is returned to the logistics warehouse due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect address information, or customer unavailability:
- Re-delivery can be arranged
- Additional shipping fees for re-delivery will be the responsibility of the customer
