Return & Refund Policy
At CristyConnect, we want you to love your order. If there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Returns
CristyConnect products may only be returned to our designated warehouse address after approval from our support team.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- International return shipping fees and customs charges may exceed the value of the item.
- Returns can take several weeks or months to arrive at our warehouse.
- Products may be damaged or lost during international return transit.
Because of these reasons, we strongly recommend resolving issues through our refund or replacement policy whenever possible.

Refunds & Replacements
Eligible for Refund or Replacement
CristyConnect may offer a refund or replacement in the following situations:
- Wrong item received
- Defective or damaged products
- Missing items from the order
- Product arrives badly damaged
- Package returned to sender due to logistics issues
- Delivery sent to the wrong address caused by shipping carrier error
- No tracking updates for 30 days after shipment (excluding normal delivery timeframes)
Proof Required
To process a refund or replacement request, customers must provide:
- A photo of the product
- A photo of the shipping label on the package
- Clear evidence of the issue
Requests must be submitted within 7 days after delivery.
Partial Refunds
For partially damaged products, CristyConnect may offer:
- A partial refund
OR - A replacement item
depending on the situation.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for the following:
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- Order cancellations after the order has been shipped
- Package marked as delivered but claimed as not received
- Failed delivery due to customer unavailability
- Refused or rejected packages
- Damage caused only to the outer shipping box during international transit
Re-Delivery Policy
If a package is returned to the logistics warehouse, we may arrange re-delivery.
Please note:
- Re-delivery shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- Re-delivery fees may vary depending on destination country and carrier costs.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may apply.
