Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

CristyConnect is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed and shipped.


Returned Packages & Re-Delivery

If a package is returned to the logistics warehouse due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect address information, or customer unavailability:

  • Re-delivery can be arranged
  • Additional shipping fees for re-delivery will be the responsibility of the customer
